Light Up The Sky Gala

Honorary Co-Chairs John & Linda Whikehart invite you to the Bloomington Playwrights Project's Light Up the Sky Gala on Friday, September 2 at the historic Woolery Stone Mill.

Celebrate the Bloomington Playwrights Project with a lively evening that begins with jazz, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres followed by an elegant dinner, a live auction and musical and theatrical performances.

Journey to the unique and historic Woolery Stone Mill to experience fine dining mixed with the creativity and originality synonymous with the BPP.  Once the hard-working limestone mill featured in Breaking Away, the Woolery Stone Mill is located about one mile east of SR 37 in southern Indiana.  The remnants of monumental limestone blocks echo the heritage of the city, while the massive glass and steel frame of the mill evokes the edifices built from the stones that were cut there.  The Woolery Stone Mill is the perfect location for the Light Up the Sky Gala -- a chance to celebrate the BPP in a setting steeped in the history and traditions of our corner of southern Indiana.
