A $200 deposit is required for all rentals and a contract must be signed by both the BPP and the renter. Deposit will be returned once all contractual obligations have been met.

Hourly Rental Fee: $100/hour for alcohol-free events; $150 for alcohol events; Must be 2 hour minimum
Daily Rental Fee: $500 for eight hours, $50 per additional hour on the same day.
* Stage area is 28' wide and 16' deep
* Concrete floor
* 86 upholstered fixed seats to platforms; 50 folding chairs available for additional seating
* Total Seating Capacity: 90
* Entrances from lobby, alley, and from 9th St.
* Computer-operated lighting system. Light designer/technician must be trained/approved by the BPP.
* Sound system, mixer and CD player.
* 2 Dressing Rooms with mirrored dressing tables
* 126 square feet

* Work Area and Tools
* Standard tools and painting equipment negotiable
Lora Shiner Studio/Lobby
Hourly Rental Fee: $75/hour for events without alcohol; $100/hour for events with alcohol; Must be 2 ½ hour minimum
* Commonly used for events not requiring theatrical capabilities such as receptions, parties, lectures, etc.
* 16' x 16' raised platform stage
* Seating area is 26' wide and 23' feet deep
* 50 chairs available for audience
* Some theatrical lighting, though not as extensive as the Mainstage
* Entrance from 9th St.
* Artwork by Bellevue Gallery on display year-round
