YMTE participants will have the unique opportunity to work with BPP's professional staff to write their own ORIGINAL MUSICAL based on the theme of DREAMS & NIGHTMARES.  Every camper will have the ability to shine as they gain skills in acting, playwriting, songwriting, singing, and dancing.  This four-week camp will be filled with theatre games, exercises, workshops, classes, and performances and will culminate in a full production for a public audience.

Celebrating an amazing twelve years of theatre outreach, the Youth Musical Theatre Ensemble provides Bloomington's teens and 'tweens with an intensive, four-week, summer stock experience. A rigorous rehearsal schedule, collaboration with theatre professionals, and a special mid-camp cabaret night give YMTE members an exciting window into the demands and rewards of a life in theatre.
